Dunedin Psychology is a clinical psychology practice that specialises in treating people with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and sleep disorders. We use a range of proven techniques, including cognitive behaviour therapy, EMDR, and acceptance and commitment therapy, to help our clients cope with their symptoms and work towards recovery.

The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Paul Knox. Clients can self-refer or be referred by a GP. We also provide service for employers, including Employee Assistance Programmes, professional supervision and coaching, and small-group training in areas such as the management of workplace stress.
