If you are a registered Psychologist and are interested in working with us, we would love to talk. We offer wrap-around support for our contractors, whether you want to work from our premises or from your own office or home office.
As a contractor you would remain responsible for maintaining your registration, and Dunedin Psychology will take care of all the business and administration tasks that need to happen to allow you to focus on your work with clients. This includes:
- finding clients
- client billing and payments
- debt management
- access to contracts
- printing or stationery needs
- a scheduling system that includes email and text reminders to clients to help minimize missed or cancelled appointments
- the facility to make and keep all of your clinical notes and files electronically
We also encourage our contractors to follow their own clinical interests, and we are happy to promote your preferences to work with people from particular groups or who are dealing with specific challenges or difficulties.
There are also real benefits to you from working with a small team who have an actual stake in your work satisfaction and success. Working alone or with a big corporate supplier can be quite isolating, but at Dunedin Psychology you will be with peers who have experience doing the job that you do.
